As you already know this market has been a nightmare. I dealt with a very reputable agent prior to. working with Tiffany and he did not provide the same kind of service and assistance that Tiffany did. I was able to fix my credit thanks to her. My credit score is a score I’ve never had in my life. because of her we didnt have to shop around a lot for a house. we saw a few here and there but it wasnt long before I found the perfect starter home. its beautiful and my whole family fell in love with it. tiffany was professional and very thorough with following up and keeping me in the loop of the whole process. whether we were house hunting or making sure all the necessary documents were sent in a timely manner. she gave me a play by play of what was going on and what the status was on my loan and other areas of the process. she is a stellar agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone. as a matter of fact I just told a family member about her for when he’s ready to buy a house in the future. I will reach out to her again when I buy my next house
